I ordered chillie cheese via uber

I ordered chillie cheese via uber. With mac Donald’s at sea point Cape Town. The food is cold and dry the burger had a dry patty and no cheese. Chips are dry as well and are half on the pack. I just took one bite of the burger and cannot continue. When I called the store they told me that a chillie cheese burger has no cheese and I’m lying by saying the food is dry. I the lady was so rude so I’m stuck with food I can’t eat b I need to travel to JHB
