I ordered a meal at 19:12, only received it at 21:36 with your rude stupid driver

So this guy calls me at 21:36 saying delivery at the gate. I asked as to why only after 2 hours?

He says it is not his fault that the app is not working with attitude. Well he doesnt know that I received an email at 19:37 that my order was getting prepared.

Please guys, stop this thing of treating your customers like *******.
