I'm the only one working here, what a lame excuse!!!

<p>rove through McDonald's Middleburg, as I drive in the staff is taking pictures with the "Sorry the Big Mac special is over" or something of that sort plug card. So, if they busy taking selfies with the notice how do they expect customers to be notified? Drive in and as i place my order this lady is talking to the paying customers giving them amounts. Now, she doesn't notify me or at least mute her speaker. I'm talking to her yet she's talking to someone else. Finally she takes my order and doesn't confirm it or even give me the amount. I waited for her again whilst talking to other customers. When she came back to me she sounded irritated that am still there. Got to her window and asked her if she was aware that she was talking to me at the same time with other customers. She rep**** "I'm working all alone here" looks aside and gives me the speed point. I have advice to at least notify people that you donee taking their order coz she's forever talking and doesn't even apologise for all the mix up. She just looked away and said "Ai sorry" with an attitude to get rid of me. As I'm telling her that I won't take her sorry because there's no remorse shown. Another staff member came and rudely knocked on my passenger's window, yes while I was in a conversation with the one taking my payment. Opened the window and she jumped into a conversation without even greeting, "No mam, I saw it all as it happened, she took your order and then attended to the other." Then I asked, are you here to defend your team mate with bad service or here to apologise? She said apologise, and attempted to defend her but I wasn't interested and asked for her name. Instead of giving me her name she just threw her hand and left. This is very BAD, especially when celebrating 21 years in business. I call it 21 years of **** service and pathetic unacceptable bad attitude towards customers right as you drive in to the last person to speak to.</p>
