I'm not loving it

I went to Mc Donalds Diepkloof Square to buy supper on 15/12. The drive through was packed so we opted to go inside the shop. It took almost 45 minutes for our order to be taken as only one till point was opened. The same person who took our order was the same person packing what was purchased. When I asked her why only one till was opened she told me with an attitude that one of her ***orkers was absent. She refused to give her name and said that her name got washed when she was doing her laundry. After waiting 45 minutes to place my order I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my order. Cherry on top - THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG!!!!! I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to sort it out. None of the customers there were impressed and the attitude of the cashier was adding insult to injury. <br> <br> I really wasn't loving it.
