I can not believe

I went to Mc Donald's on the 5th (the Hillcrest branch). I served by a lady named "Nobuhle". At first everything was fine, she jotted down order and listened well, however things changed when she started speaking in a confidential voice, uttering things under her breath. When we asked for her to be clear she said "no never mind". Now I would obviously mind about the matter especially if I have to pay for it. When our order arrived she got it wrong, serving us two medium chips instead of one large and one medium. When we sent the tray back and asked for what we originally wanted again Nobuhle with such an attitude turns back to her colleagues and asks for a large serving of chips. I was utterly appalled by such service.
