I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at the recently opened McDonald's Bassonia. Despite being a local resident, my recent experiences have been consistently below the brand’s standard. Today, I encountered a faulty payment terminal at the self-service kiosk, which staff attributed to Wi-Fi issues. After paying at the counter, I waited 25 minutes for two Egg Mc****in meals and a Happy Meal chicken burger, despite only two other patrons being present. The order was only fulfilled after I intervened with the manager. Upon arriving home, I discovered the Happy Meal contained a beef burger instead of the chicken burger ordered. This follows a previous drive-through experience where I was asked to park and wait 15 minutes for a breakfast order. These recurring delays and order inaccuracies are concerning. I hope management addresses these operational hurdles to ensure the efficiency expected of the franchise.
