I am still waiting for my order

<p>I called Mcdelivery yesterday, the 1st of August 2017 to place an order of 2 Mcfeast delux meals, one medium and one large with a creme soda and fanta orange. I completed my order over the phone at 12:51. Almost two hours later with no sign of my order, I called Mcdelivery call centre to find out where my order is. The agent I spoke to said there was a backlog of orders and my order was delayed,apologised for this and advised me the order has however left the store and on its way to me....did my food arrive? Definitely not! Its now 01:00AM in the morning and my food still hasn't been delivered.This is beyond disgusting,its utter nonsense. What angers me is that when I called initially, the agent placed me on hold to check if my order would be delivered. She came back to me and advised that my order will be 45 minutes later. Why lie??? You could've told me a different plan needed to be made instead of lying to me...I need the manager to call me to discuss this disgusting behaviour.</p>
