I AM NOT LOVING IT

Called the Mcdonald delivery service at 13:100:33 and placed an order and was told that the order will take 45min. I again called the call center at 14:10:25 and was told that the delivery is 10minutes away. I called for the 3rd time at 14:45.the lady then mentioned that there is no signal and the order cannot be completed. So it took them almost 2 hours to realize that there is no network. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I AM CERTAINLY NOT LOVING IT
