I am not happy with the service I received

I bought a Big Mac meal from McDonalds which is in Kgosi Mampuru and Nana Sita street Pretoria which comes with a collectors cup when you upsize your meal on the 26/08/2024 and provided the cashier with the M number from the App for that specific meal to my surprise I didn't receive the cup. I drove back to the restaurant to request the cup and I was told that it didn't scan the collectors cup it only gave me points. And there's nothing they can do about it. I should come back the following day there will be people that will explain better. I was even given attitude by the manager he said am waisting his time.
