I am not happy at all

I keep o been disappointed by this resturant so many times.. But i must say McDonald's Soshanguve crossing is the worst, worst customer service ever. I saw that i have enough points to redeem a regular meal and went there when i got there i purchased a few item to getore points and asked them to redeem a regular foldover meal, they said okay pls activate the voucher after doing that they took the pin and said to me sorry the foldover was on shotage list which the system did not being back to the system mind u my points are already gone and they practically tell me there is nothing they can do worse part instead of finding a solution or trying to do something they actually stood there both the cashier and manger or supervisor that both didn't have their name tags on giggling as if someone was giving them sweets so to them it was a joke... I then asked them if i just losty points like that and they said no it will come back in 30 min and unfortunately they are closing and till now 9 hours later my points are bot back... Some might find this as a free bee but its not because i had to purchase alot of items to get those points so i demand me meal and a proper apology from the two ladies that saw me as a clown while i was a customer that dersevers a good customer service
