I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at McDonald’s on 05 June 2026 during my lunch break. My order took over 15 minutes to be prepared, and when I returned to work, I discovered the entire order was incorrect. I had to walk back to the restaurant to have it corrected, which caused me to be late returning from lunch. The delay and lack of order accuracy made for a very frustrating experience. I expected much better service, especially during a busy workday when time is limited and every minute counts.
