I am disappointed with what I got

If there is anything I have learned today is never ever order anything from mcdonald via their call centre. I ordered medium big Mac, creme soda with out ice, guess what I got, some mcdouble, creme soda with ice small chips in medium packaging. Debonairs always gets it right, I guess I thought to highly of mcdonald.
