I am disappointed

I ordered in McDonald's yeoville (S.A) via uber eats. The order was completely wrong which means I payed more for something I didn't even get. The chips were so so so dry I couldn't even eat the burger cause the bread wasn't fresh at all. I'm so unhappy I even cried. All I want is my money back. I spent so much money for absolutely nothing. On top of all that they were rude when I tried to call them abt my quiry. The manager was so rude and he didn't want to help me they kept on giving each other the phone to be rude to me. I'm so disappointed with McDonald's I can't believe it!!!!!
