Hygiene matter at Mcdonald's

Last week I felt like having something sweet so I popped in Mcdonald's. At the entrance, I had to write down my detail, which was good especially in this Covid period. A lady wearing gloves at the counter called me for the payment and I handed over Cash. Until that time I thought surely Mcdonald's well coped with Covid. She went inside after receiving cash and a little later, 'oh my goodness!' she brought Ice cream cones using the same hands which received Cash. I was really surprised Mcdonald's which is one of the big Global corporation didn't train the concept of Hygiene to their employees properly, especially in this Covid time. They request their customers to keep social distance and spray alchohol on customers' hands (It is very important.) but they don't train their employees about Hygiene which requires not only Covid time but all the time.
