hygiene issues

<p>This morning my friend and i bought two Sausage Mc****ins meals with coffee. The one i took had egg shell inside the egg in the Mc****in. Now this is one of the unhygienic incidents. Their cafe area is filthy and full of those small flies buzzing around the food. I have complainted about this prior to the manager but nothing has been done about this.. Please help</p>
