HYGIENE DRIVE THROUGH IS A SIT THROUGH

I live opposite Mcdonalds Westgate Mall in Mitchell's plain. And what i have come across there drive through is actually a sit through. My Husband and I purchase there breakfast twice a month and that's always on a Sunday Morning we would get the at 08:00am and wait and wait and many cases they forgot about us. Last night we purchases 2 cones and we waited and waited and there was only our vehicle and a white vehicle in front of us. This is a complete Disgrace. Another matter is there hygiene the chips is ;laying on the floor and the place look horrible.
