Hungry person never hot food

I called *** to place an order as I was working so hard the whole day I didn't notice the time. When I realised I was hungry I called mac Donalds to place an order for a chicken fold over spicy meal and a mac feast meal. I was told o will receive my order in 30-40 minutes and guess what am still waiting for it. I never ever received service like this before. Which you guy can get better employees, who knows what customer services is. Very disappointed customer.
