How long does it take to get a delivery from Rivonia to Bryanston?

I tried McDonalds delivery for the first (and last) time tonight. It took 75 minutes for them to deliver 2 burgers and chips. When it arrived the order was incorrect even though the specific instructions (no garnish) were printed on the slip. Instead of an adult burger I got a kiddies burger. Then there was an R18 delivery fee included in the bill which was not indicated on the website.
