How important is the client?

<p>Stopped at Weltevreden Park McDonald round about 22:30, a freezing 9 degrees outside, to get a meal and a cuppachino after a long day at work. Got out of my car seeing I'm towing a 2.2m high trailer. The guy inside comes to the door and says they are closed. I explain that my trailer is to high to use the drive through. He says no problem drive around and get out of your car and ask at the window. I went to the pick - up window and pointed to my car and trailer and ask if they could assist. They said I must go to the ordering window, I explained I can't just go push myself in there, there's about 10 cars in the queue waiting to order. The ladies rep**** walk around and walk through the drive through. I rep**** in this cold weather, they said yes. I asked if they are sure that's the only way they can assist. They said yes. What is important to you guys?</p>
