How does McDonald's stay open in this country???

I came from Cape Town for Work in Durban and had a hankering for some Mcdonalds. It has been a few years since I tried it (probably closer to a decade), so I thought that I would give it a go. I do not eat out often.

I have gotta say that this is the worst service I've ever received ANYWHERE! First, they got the order completely wrong when I went through the drive-through. Once at the at the collect window, they told us that they don't have what we ordered and then rudely asked what we would like to have instead without any apology (it was not busy, so I do not know why they were so lazy). I agreed to get something else as we did not have the energy left to argue and were very tired after work. So we then get to our accommodation (shame on us for not checking) to find out we got a complete different order. This pathetic! They should rather close down in KZN and anywhere else where the service and food is so atrocious if the sipho's can't do the job correctly! The food was undercooked and soggy. I was so disgusted that I just had to trash it and get some room service.
