How can we not use facilities but buying

Good day, thank you so much for reading my review. I was given bad service by the security guard and the tellers at McDonald's. They couldn't let me in to use the toilets yet I was ordering form them. I am devastated because there is no need we cannot be supporting a restaurant and not be able to use their facilities. Anyway. Thank you
