Hot drink instead of cool drink

Hi,

I order via Uber Eats from MAC Donald's Milnerton.

I received my order in the given timescale However I never received my corn in a cup with my order. And my stoney Zero was literally a Zero out of ten. Reason for this, it felt as if it came out the oven. My drink was so warm. It's still on my desk as I type this. It's so hot. And I called the branch to find out why and the lady said it's not their fault and I need to call Uber eats. Now Uber eats doesn't make Mac d. So why should I blame Uber Eats when my drink was hot plus I never received part of my order. I STILL NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND EITHER.

Very upsetting.
