Horror Morning at Mc Donalds

This morning I went to Mc Donald’s to buy an ice cream cone. I paid for my order at 06h44 and received a ticket. While I am waiting, an employee came from the kitchen or where they take drive through orders shouting very loud “rooibos tea with milk” she repeated this two times and came to check whether the person at the Mc Café was preparing it. While she is waiting for the tea she is talking very loudly with a person at the back of the restaurant whom is busy mopping / cleaning.

Now they are paying attention to me again. At 06h53 the person who took my order called me and inform me that they are having problems with the ice cream machine and must wait two minutes… At 07h00 will got up and went to the counter and the waiter came out with my ice cream…in a cup with the cone put upside down in the cup!!! I requested a refund… I requested the name of the manager who is Temba Khumalo… I am not sure since his name tag was on inside out on his shirt.

Dear Mc Donalds Arcadia, Cnr Church & Hamilton, Hamilton Street, you services is absolutely despicable!!!
