Horrific service laughing at costumer

So I wanted to go through 24 hour drive through and was closed so I went around to see staff sitting there. I saw the security and he said they were closed that we had to go around and the more I told him they were closed he ignored us. Went to window and found staff doing nothing but sitting there. When I asked for service they laughed in my face.. this is not 1st time I've had issue with this Mcdonalds I will not tolerate this and will be escalating this situation.. previous times I've had them kinda force me to pay for food I didn't order and our of goodness I paid cause I thought honest mistake .. THIS ends here and makes me angry to say I would not recommend this Mcdonald. To anyone. And what makes me angry how the manager and staff laughed at me.... I expect this to be taken further. Or I will make sure it goes further.. The manager wouldn't even give their name her name...
