HORRIFIC SERVICE

I am absolutely HORRIFIED at the service i received from McDonald's on north coast road durban. My order was placed on a Sunday evening for my family and I. I got home and found that my daughters happy meal was not in the packet. I called and spoke to the manager who tells me i FORGOT it, i said ma'am i was in a drive thru. I didn't forget it, it wasnt given to me. After some back and forth she admits that she was wrong and the staff member didn't give it to me. She then says i should come and collect it. I told her i wasn't going to get back into the car and drive at 8.15 pm with my daughter again for their mistake. She said she would arrange to have it delivered. Takes my address. 15 mins later she calls and says her driver said it's too far. So i asked is my daughter expected to sleep hungry. She says well there's nothing she can do. So now I've paid for a meal i never received!!!!!
