horrific service

<p>i placed an order on the 24th March 2017 at 11:50 and was told that my food will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes and till thsi time at 13:22pm the food hasnt arrived, am being told that the rides are unavailable and no one bothered to notify me. at work lunch time starts at 12:00pm till 13:30, if the food comes now, when am i suppose to eat as i wont be able to eat after 13:30pm. am entirely not happy with the service and no ones seems to understand my situation. i dont understand why i need to beg people to render a service they choose for their customers. i hope i do get feedback regarding this complaint. hope you do know about customer servic, if a customer receives good service, the tell 10 ppl about it, buit if a customer received bad service they tell over 20 ppl of the service they received and that would have a bad impact on the company.</p>
