Horrific meals purchased

On the 17 Aug 2018 ,I called in and spoke to a staff member pertaining to the meals that iv purchased and requested for a manager however to be told that the manager was busy at the time I have then left my details and requested for a manager to call me back but guess what no call materialised I then called back last week request for a manager but the manager was out and my details was given again and number confirmed with the lady on the other line to ensure that the correct number is been taken and guess what today is the 08/09/2018 and no call received .....I called in and spoke to a gentleman who offers me one meal to make good for what has transpired which was declined by me as that is an insult to me ....I however requested to speak to his most senior manager only to be told he cannot get her to call me today but only on monday will I get a call ....what a circus ...customer service is not a priority to them as been a senior manager surely they should have standby times as its only 14:00 not a unreasonable time for the manager to get a call to ask to call a client back ...awful service and customer service they suck
