Horrid service

Placed an order at Mc Donals's Lambton a few weeks ago, ordered extra jelapino souce as per usual, when we got the food, the fries were stale & I informed the lady that was assisting us & she laughed it off, when I got home, the souce was not even in the packet & to top it off, there were no straws to drink my milkshake with. I let it go, now today, I placed an order at 19:05 & I'm still waiting for my order, I informed the lady about the source & she laughed it off. I don't see how one can wait for more than 30mins at a fast food place!! It's horrid!! The order was wrong and when I informed the lady,her response was very rude, she told me that it's not her fault.
