Horrid Mc Delivery order

Absolutely horrific Mc Delivery! Placed a large family order on the app and the payment went through. I received the confirmation and then nothing. No update or anything. Two hours in and I'm still waiting. There is no customer service to call or anything. This is pathetic from an international brand!!!
