HORRIBLY AND UTTERLY DISGUSTED NEED HELP

I have been a customer of mc donalds since I can remember we have supported you at least once a week for 20 years.

Last night I placed an order and paid online as per usual and I still haven't received anything after my money was taken

We waited 4 hours in destination and the delivery person showd by closing time delivered but nothing the shop closed and no one answered and delivery contact was off.

What do i do now?

Tried to lay an complaint nothing. I want my refund or order.
