Horrible, worse service ever.

I went to Macdonald at Vereeniging, went to a drive through, however when I got to the speaker where I'm supposed to order from no one responded to my order, I then processed to the first window where one is supposed to pay at, to my surprise there was no one but the car in front of me got assistance, I waited on the window to be assisted until people behind me started shouting that I should move, which I understood their frustrations, I did move to the other window to my surprise I was about to be handed food ordered but it was not mine, I then informed the cashier that it's not mine I have got assistance, then I was told to get out of the car and walk to the window which I passed and order there as they will not assist me there, when I looked up the window I saw a paper written that if you experience problems please call the manager Melita or something... I then called the number and spoke to a lady whom identified herself as the manager but was not onsite then she stated that she will call the office and someone will come to assist as a senior, however I have never met a rude and unprofessional senior employee like that in my life, upon her arrival she did not have a name tag, she only spoke to her cashiers, talking about me on my presence and did not realise that I can hear them using their vernacular, from where I come from you dont speak bad about your customers especially on the customers presence, I then asked her of that's how she attend to customers issues, then she said there is nothing they can do for me I need to Park my car and go queue and order from inside or follow the drive through again, because according to her I passed all the windows intentionally because her staff were there 9d which I challenged her to review the cameras of her staff and me waiting on the window which she refused, I told her that there is a reason why I didnt go inside to order from there, I have a problem with my left leg, she then said it's not her business, because I was too hungry I had to Park my car walk to the shop queue outside register my name, get my temperature taken order food, and then pay, wait again for my food to be prepared. I have never eaten food angry in my life, I enjoy Macdonald very well but that day has given me another perspective about the brand, it was my first time to get such a worst service ever, it was beyond worse...they dont even deserve a star from me.
