Horrible Staff Service Macdonalds Lifestyle Sunward Park

On Saturday, the 16th of February 2019, i went via the Macdonalds drive, i want to redeem something from the app and order some food too. so first window, i ask the cashier if i can redeem ? she responds, come inside, so i tell her i just need to redeem i;m in a bit of a hurry, she tells me to drive to the second window, so i do. i get there she tells me to wait for her manager since she doesn't know how to redeem, so i agree to wait, as i wait 10 minutes later the manager, hasn't come through, as i'm about to drive off, the manager comes and rudely asks her whats going on, looks at me disgusted...so i just decided to drive off. i politely told her to never mind and i left. This is by far the worst service i have received from a Macdonalds. BEST MACDONALDS WITH GREAT SERVICE IS THE MIDRAND CARLSWALD MACDONALDS.
