Horrible Staff

where do i even begin, i ordered food through the driveway during my lunch hour and it was not even a busy day since it was Saturday afternoon, i can`t believe that i had to wait almost 45 minutes on the drivethrough with only 2 cars in Que this is in Parktown and upon complaining i was told that people ran off to have lunch and left their stations unattended.

This is not the first instance and if you lay a complaint with the manager all you receice is a lousy im sorry. Never buying there ever again and most of my collegues warned me about the service there
