Horrible Service Order # 27CEA

I am disappointed with the horrific experience from McDonald’s Pretoria west I placed an order at 18:59 my order was only delivered at 21:20 after more than 2 hours only to be informed by the delivery guy that he cannot enter my estate because he forgot his license and I should come to the gate. At 9 o’clock in the evening in my pjs and the distance from my house to the gate? How does all this happen yah and we call that service
