Horrible service from McDonalds Bluff

Sunday the 27th June 2021 morning, we stopped to buy breakfast at the McDonalds Bluff, first of all drive through is for the people who are buying their food on the way, but we had to park to get served for quiet sometimes which was irritating because we couldn't cancel the order we already between cars infront of us and cars behind us, from start to finish I would say it took us around 30-45minutes waiting, nobody bothered to come and explain what was the hold up, when 1 car was infront of me before collection window, another white lady came back walking with NO MASK to come and complain about her order which was incorrect (Which to me was wriong they shouldn't have assisted her the 2nd time around if she didn't have her mask on) what are you guys teaching your staff about covid protocols? when I collected my order, a jalapeno sause was missing I had to wait for them to argue infront of me about my order, and they forgot to give me the oreo McFlurry which I had to ask for, I ended up leaving without the sauce because I could see they are not in the mood to serve customers. to my surprise our fried chips did not have salt. I had a very bad service with you guys.
