Horrible Service from Mc Donalds

This Mc Donald's is pathetic and lousy. Each time we go there we receive poor service. There's a time we once got our order without our fries. On some days we have to wait over 30 minutes for our order and be late for work. Today we ordered two meals from Nomsa and we only got one meal, when we speak to her to rectify the problem she became very sarcastic and rude towards us. I mean I don't understand why we have to put up with such a service as if we getting these meals for free....we are paying for them for crying out loud, can we receive the service we deserve!!!!!!
