I am not happy with the service at McDonald's in Blue Hills Shopping Centre, Midrand.

I usually buy breakfast for my kids in the mornings on our way to drop them off at school.

The service at McDonald's Blue Hills Shopping Centre is horrible.

They take time to prepare simple meals like a happy meal, I have to wait for fries or just wait long without explanation and traffic is bad in the mornings, waiting for more than 10 minutes for a happy meal in drive through is ridiculous!!!

The employees there they don't service us with sense of urgency.

This morning I went to buy a happy meal for my daughter, I had to wait more that 10 minutes and I was told they are still preparing fries and it was around 06:15am. I think fries should be prepared by then because its rush hour.

I waited until I received the food and they didnt give me the apple juice I ordered with the meal, I only realized after I had left and I had to make a u turn to collect the juice.

I cant tolerate this service anymore..it's ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
