Horrible Service

I went to the McDonald's at Cosmo City. I placed my order at the speaker box and the guy at the window confirmed (2 cokes and 2 Spaletta cream sodas plus 2 Greamers shakes) when I got to the window to pay, he reconfirmed the drinks. When collecting they only gave me 1 Spaletta and 1 Fanta orange plus the 2 Greamer shakes. I asked where the other drinks where and they told me that I swapped them for the Greamer Shakes. I nicely asked them to fix the order while I wait. They refused to fix the order and told me that I have to pay for the drinks, that's when I asked for the manager who was also right there preparing other orders. He TOTALLY ignored me and continued with other orders and refused to talk to me. I got really upset and took a video of him. He walked away from me when I confronted him. I had to leave because no-one wanted to give me his name or to fix my order.
