Horrible service @ McDonald’s yeoville Franchise!!!!

I visited a McDonald’s franchise in yeoville to day to redeem the offers you have on your McDonald’s app, the manger that was handling the shift @ 23:00 30/01/2019 said she didn’t know anything about the promotions running on the app , but the thing is that I have redeemed vouchers many times before at that one franchise. She was not at all friendly, she was shouting at the cashier for calling her to authorize my order more than once and I didn’t get my order but my voucher had already been redeemed. Please hire people with people s****s and that actually bother to keep up with the promotions that the company they work for running. I am so disappointed ? and I will tell all my friends what happened until you actually make up for this.
