Horrible service at McDonald's Thavani Mall

McDonald's at Thavani Mall in Venda has some of the rudest waiters I have ever come across. They shout and behave like they are doing you a favour by rendering service. This one lady took my payment after I placed order at self-service. She had a very bad attitude and no smile obviously. She did not bother to tell me to go to the collection point to queue so another waiter could take my slip and ONLY then prepare my order. I sat down looking at the screen waiting for my order to come up and it never did. When I stepped to the front to ask I was told to queue because the screen was not working. I then asked to cancel my order because I had already spent over 30minutes getting food in a Fast-food outlet! The waiter said its not possible to cancel orders and took my slip to prepare order. Overall, very bad service. Displeased with the lack of organization that I experienced. I also question the cleanliness of the branch because the till people left at any point to go and prep food in the kitchen, such that the tills would remain unattended. I was shocked to see a McDonald's operating like a kiosk.
