Horrible service at Mcdonalds, No lids on drink for sit in clients

On the 23/08/2019 at Macdonalds (cnr Paul Kruger & Pretorius) I bought a BIG Mac Meal medium sit in. When I went to collect my order there was no lid on my coke (drink). I asked why there's no lid on my drink. The cashier said they don't offer lids for sit in customers. I insisted that she put a lid on my drink. She refused. I said I will pay for it . She refused still. I asked her to cancel my order and refund me, which she did. I filled in my details and cellphone number ***. The service was horrible. They lost money for a lid. Smart?
