Horrible service @ McDonalds Kuilsriver.

Been at McDonalds in Kuilsriver various times. Everytime a person has to struggle to place an order at the drive through. The person taking the order does not seem to understand your order, or what products they sell. How difficult is it to push a button for a medium orange juice.

Another very problematic thing is : the speaker at the drive through is SO loud. They can’t hear what you’re saying, and you can’t hear them either.

The issue that made me write this review tonight was the fact that we’re standing by the ordering box at the drive through - the lady asks us if she can take our order , then immediately starts speaking to another employee. Leaving us sitting in the car , waiting untill they’re done with their conversation.

Someone, please do something about the service!!
