Horrible service at McDonald's Clayville

We brought 4 ice creams at McDonald's Clayville and had to wait over 20 minutes for the order. When we enquired about the delay, everyone was passing the baton, not taking accountability at all. They were just casual about it And only after the enquiry did they attend to the order, all along we were waiting for nothing. How possible is it that people who order burger and chips after you, get their food before your ice cream? They have zero customer care!! Zero knowledge on customer service!
