HORRIBLE SERVICE AT MCDONALDS

<p>I visited McDonald's Wynberg with my friend on 7 July 2017 at around 11am to get some fries and cooldrink. There was only 1 cashier and she was occupied. We were next in line. A new cashier, THABISA, came forward and when we looked her way someone else was standing in front of her till being served but we were next in line! My friend and I approached her till. My friend told her that we were actually next and she flat out IGNORED my friend and carried on ringing up the customer's order (a Big Mac meal). I literally started waving my hands around to get her attention and she carried on ignoring us. When she EVENTUALLY decided to look up we, once again, told her that we were next, and she tells us " But I already rang up this customer's order". Yes we know that because we were standing there the whole time being ignored!!!! And the best part about this is that the manager (a guy- i didnt get his name) was standing next to her watching everything unfold and doing NOTHING about it! Not one word!! This is not the first bad experience we've had at McDonald's Wynberg but it's probably the last as I won't be going back there again.</p>
