Horrible service at Macdonald

I have just received the most horrible service at McDonald’s in maponya mall . Firstly they have no breakfast options and the teller Kagiso was very rude as he continued to serve other customers whilst I was still needing assistance. He could not even give me options on what’s available and secondly I work at a bank I know customer service even when I’m sleeping so that service was disgusting to say the least. I’m expecting a big franchise like McDonald’s to be ready to serve customers because they have set that expectations for us .
