Horrible Service at FLORIDA

On Tuesday I went to McDonald's Florida drive through. The person who took my order first sounded like they did want to take the order some Sibongile person, after taking my order. I paid and drove off. upon getting home I realized that they didn't give me juice for the happy meal, I had to deal with a screaming child who has no juice. I inboxed the facebook page and they chose to ignore my message and wall post. IS THIS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS??????
