Horrible service at brackenfell

I would ot have even selected a star if I had the option. Why is the service and waiting time the worst at your brackenfell branch. We support them up to 5 times a week and every single time the service is the same. Always have to wait for someone to assist to pay at the counter. Always waiting long for food. The staff looks lazy and don't look like they want to work. Makes sense when you look at management aswell.
