horrible service and unprepard

I went to the mcdonalds in selection park springs and honestly it was the worst experience. First i get told to order at those order machines they have to which i found the drinks i wanted from mccafe was not on there. I then went to the counter and a lady helped me. The power then went out and not one person in there was prepared, load shedding is a thing yes by all means but it is not the first time we have had loadshedding and as a fast food resturant i find that they should be prepared for anything. The lady the came to me and said my milkshake i ordered will take some time until they get the generator up, to which i rep**** thats fine i understand things happen. I went to the car to put my stuff down and went back inside to which another lady asled me if she can rather get me something else like a "powerade" i said no. I then asked for a refund only for the milkshake i ordered and they didnt know what to do because i wanted a refund. The lady told almost everyone in the kitchen that i wanted a refund and not a powerade, instead of just getting me my money she had to tell someone first. They were nice but overall i think they are unprepared for bad situations. I was left there alone and told the lady has gone to get my money for me so i stood patiently and waited but then almost everyone in the kitchen followed after her. A lady then came back to me and asked if i want a refund. Which as you can see i already told someone i wanted a refund. They asked for my slip and so one and after 30 minutes of waiting just for a refund i got it. Honestly they are slow and unprepared.
