Horrible service and too many missing items

I'm super angry and very disappointed in the McDonald's at diepkloof Square 😒 I ordered a foldover meal and extra fries 🍟 on the side. I paid for both but I didn't receive my fries and the foldover did not have any patty and that's not even the worst part. When I returned them after 30 minutes. They told me they can't help me because I ordered online. I feel offended and embarrassed. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy food there ever again. Horrible Horrible Horrible
