Horrible service again from McDonald's

Last night we decided to go to McDonald's mount Edgecombe to order some meals. Initially I called in to place my order and I was told by the manager Quinton that they do not take orders. So I go there and place my orders through the drive through. I pay for my meals and go home. When I get home I find that there are items missing from my order. I call them back and I get told by the manager that unfortunately there is nothing that he can do. This is the second time I have had issues with this branch. I call back today and I have a chat to the day manager Roshan. He tells me that his staff is only human. They make mistakes. This is absolutely disgusting coming from the manager. Their staff should have enough training on how to serve customers. This is not rocket science. Well this will definitely be the last time I will be visiting that branch again
